The new secure web site designed for Employers to receive up to date claim information and reports online. eServices is easily accessible through:

• eClaims – claim information is provided at the employee summary level and the claim/leave detail level. Information is secured at the client level and claimant data is protected by financial, medical and legal controls, at the user level. This provides a highly flexible implementation model supporting the client need of access versus security of information.

• eReports – Matrix has developed a new reporting application to further enhance the information available to our clients. This implementation supports our corporate goals of "a paperless environment" and "Accessibility to Information for our Clients".

eReports provides client access to Disability, Workers' Compensation and Leave of Absence data. Matrix has defined a suite of industry standard reports which can be run on-demand or scheduled by each individual user of the application.

Through eReports clients have access to a wide variety of claim and leave related data, which allow users to perform a range of business functions including bank account reconciliation, claims experience and performance, loss analysis and intermittent leave tracking. This information is available via the internet and has been engineered to ensure an intuitive user experience, with single sign-on from our eServices application. All reports can be output in a variety of formats including PDF and Excel.
